Sexual Orientation Discrimination

Pregnancy Discrimination
The Pregnancy Discrimination Act is an amendment to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions constitutes unlawful sex discrimination under Title VII. Equal Pay Act Of 1963
Full text of the Equal Pay Act (EPA), which is part of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) of 1938 as amended. The EPA is administered and enforced by the EEOC, and prohibits sex-based wage discrimination between men and women in the same establishment who are performing under similar working conditions.
