Appropriate Varian Medical Systems "Terms and Conditions of Sale" apply.

Ordering

Varian requires confirmation of all orders in writing.

For international orders please advise ultimate destination and any special shipment instructions, customers requirements, and if necessary regulatory requirements (i.e CE mark).

When ordering, please specify:

• Application
• Housing, high voltage cable receptacle, angle (horn angle)
• Paint color
• Trunnion rings, air circulator, heat exchanger, interface collimator kits (see Accessories)
• Stator type
• When replacing an OEM tube, please specify trunnion rings.
• Collimator/interface kit may also be required.
• Call for Catalog Identification

Restock

Varian will accept tubes for restocking provided they meet original specifications and are returned in original cartons via air prepaid. A twenty percent (20%) restocking charge will be deducted from any credit issued to cover the cost of testing and handling. Prior to shipment, contact the factory or service station where ordered for authorization to return tubes for restock. Requests must be made no more than six (6) months from date of shipment.

Conservation

In the interest of conservation of scarce materials, and efficient utilization of high value parts, products may contain remanufactured parts. Such parts are subject to the same high standards of quality control applied to other parts and are covered by a standard warranty.
